Welcome to NUQETOWN. Because our products are custom-made to order or delivered digitally, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds. Please review the categories below.
1. Digital Downloads (Music & Media)
All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital file (song, album, or video) has been purchased and the download link has been generated, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Issues: If you receive a corrupted file or have trouble accessing your download, please email us at {support@nuqetown.com} and we will ensure you receive a working copy.
2. On-Demand Physical Goods (Apparel, CDs, Vinyl, & Accessories)
All physical merchandise—including clothing, backpacks, and media (CDs/Vinyl)—is manufactured on-demand at the time of your purchase.

Defects & Damages: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or the print/press quality is incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Sizing & Buyer’s Remorse: Because these items are custom-made specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of heart. Please consult the sizing charts provided on the product pages before completing your order.

Unclaimed Shipments: If a package is returned to the facility because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
3. Professional Deposits & Engagements
Please note that merchandise policies do not apply to professional service deposits (such as session fees or event bookings). All deposits are governed by the specific terms of your signed service contract and are generally non-refundable as they secure dedicated time and resources.
HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM

Do Not Return to Sender: Please do not mail your purchase back to the shipping address on the package without contacting us first.

Contact Support: Email {support@nuqetown.com} with “Return Claim: [Order #]” in the subject line.

Resolution: Once we verify a manufacturing error or shipping damage, we will initiate a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If a refund has been approved but you haven’t seen it yet:

First, check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company; it may take 5–10 business days before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
